  Disgusting. Three non-employees, with a full-day's work on them and sweaty t-shirts, walked into the food preparation area and grabbed items from behind the counter, two different times, while we were eating in the dining area. They must have known the manager because she said nothing to them. The tables were dirty and the staff simply stood around talking to each other. Highly recommend you avoid this store.

  Normally we have excellent service, but not tonight. The doors were locked and it wasn't even 9:30. The manager Paige said they were cleaning. No they were not! You could see in the lobby and they, a whole group sitting there eating and talking! No one was cleaning! If you don't want the business then close down! The girl at the window to pay and the one at the window to receive your food was awesome, the manager was NOT! I will think twice before going back! The doors will probably be locked again!
